PA Photos and Documents

The collection includes institutional archives and local historical materials about the history of the Joseph E. Coleman Northwest Regional Library in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. Records of the planning and building phases include more than a decade of citywide advocacy for the project, spanning 1965 – 1978. Records of the library’s operations and programming span 1978 through present day.
